💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 / Month
Educational Qualifications:
Degrees: Preferred B.Tech, B.E, M.Tech, M.E, MBA, PGDM, MCA, and M.Sc from recognized universities and colleges, Bio, and Arts students not eligible
Percentage: A minimum of 60% or 6 CGPA is required in all academic courses, including 10th, 12th, and the highest degree.
Backlogs: One active backlog is allowed, all backlogs must be cleared before joining.
Education Gaps: A maximum of 24 months of gap is permitted in a candidate's academic career, and these gaps need to be declared with supporting documents.
Course Type: Only full-time courses are considered; part-time and correspondence courses are not eligible
Must have Laptop/Desktop with Internet

Digital Marketing Interns – 2000 openings
Graphic Designers (Exp: 3–6 Months) – 50 openings
WordPress Website Designers (Exp: 3–6 Months) – 50 openings
SEO Executives (Exp: 3–6 Months) – 50 openings
For SMM Position- Rounds for Job Selection - Need to clear 3 Months Training Program
1) We will provide 3 Month Training with Stipend(Commission basis ₹500-2000 per client)
2) On Passing Training Successfully Following job is offered
3) For Performers above 80% -> Full Time Job(10-25k/month- Salary will depend upon performance)
4) For Average Performers(65-80%) -> Internship with Stipend(3-8k/month)
(If you leave in the middle or fail the training you are not eligible to reapply till 6 months for any job of our company)
Selection Process- for SEO, Graphic Design, PPC, Website Design - No Training is provided by us
Candidates will be given a sample task (as per role) to complete and submit within the specified duration. Final selection will be based on performance.

🕒 Meetings: 2–3 times weekly
📝 Tasks & Reports:
Submit Daily Work and Reports before 12:00 AM.
Work Duration will be tracked using automated softwares:
Daily, weekly & monthly tasks completion are mandatory.
📊Trainee Performance Analysis
Trainees will be tested by module-wise tests, performance reports & interviews through manual reviews and automated softwares which will track performance, quality, work duration hours, check-in/out times, cursor or mouse movements/app/URL tracking, screenshots, and submission quality are reviewed daily.
Defaulters Trainee Criteria
If you miss 2 days without any prior notice, you will be added to Defaulter List for next week, if you continue non-performance you will be eliminated from training program immediately.
Reports (Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Monthly) & tasks must be submitted on time ,if you submit tasks after 12am, task incomplete is marked incomplete.
There will be regular written, interview and performance tests
If candidates fails during exams, he will be put into PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for another chance, if he also fails in PIP, he will be terminated.
🎯 Selection Criteria:
Final Job Selection: 80% task/reports completion + 80% interview score is mandatory.
Final Internship Selection: 65% task/reports completion + 65% interview score is mandatory..

🛑 Leave Policy:
Inform in advance with a valid reason.
For Medical leave → Submit a medical certificate/prescription.
If No certificate is provided = Leave without pay is applicable
📞 Support:
Mentors available 12 PM – 7 PM via WhatsApp, call, or AnyDesk.
Probation Period
The probation period is 6 months after you successfully complete the training during which the employee can be terminated if the performance is not found suitable according to the company.
Notice Period
There is 30 days notice period of job. If you leave the job without serving notice period you have to return us one month salary.
