Job Description: Digital Marketing Executive (Ads + Creative Design) We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can handle both ad campaigns and design creation for our HDPE pipe manufacturing brand. The role requires end-to-end execution — from concept to campaign launch. Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook (Meta), Instagram, and Google Ads for dealer and contractor lead generation. Design posts, reels, and ad creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Manage social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) — maintain consistent brand look and tone. Develop creative content ideas relevant to the construction, irrigation, and infrastructure sector. Track ad performance (CPC, CTR, conversions) and prepare weekly performance reports. Handle basic SEO and website updates if required. Coordinate with management for campaign goals and budgets. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media advertising. Must know Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Dashboard. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Photoshop for creative design work. Good understanding of audience targeting and campaign optimization. Strong sense of visual storytelling and brand presentation. Prior experience in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B products preferred. Bonus: Experience creating short video ads or reels. Knowledge of Hindi & English copywriting for regional campaigns.
