As a Marketing Specialist at our fast-growing sales and marketing services business, LeadsPanda, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive product promotion. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends - Brainstorming and developing strategies to promote the company and attract qualified traffic - Implementing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution - Creating engaging content for the website and blog to attract target audiences - Establishing strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors for promotional events - Producing various marketing materials such as website banners, brochures, and case studies - Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns to gain insights - Analyzing consumer behavior to optimize email and advertising campaigns - Utilizing marketing data to shape future strategies We are looking for someone who: - Has proven experience as a marketing specialist - Can identify target audiences and create engaging marketing campaigns - Understands digital marketing elements and market research methods - Has a sense of aesthetics and strong copywriting skills - Is comfortable with numbers and proficient in marketing software and tools - Possesses computer skills including Google Docs and marketing applications - Is knowledgeable in HTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems - Has experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - Is well-organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware - Has exceptional communication and writing skills - Can work efficiently under deadlines and is self-motivated - Holds a master's degree in marketing or a related field (preferred) About LeadsPanda: LeadsPanda is a fast-growing sales and marketing services business that helps B2B technology companies in North America accelerate their growth using proven sales and marketing solutions.
