Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Executive to manage our brand’s digital presence. This is a full-time on-site role based in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The candidate will handle social media management, SEO, e-commerce platforms (excluding Amazon), influencer marketing, and other day-to-day marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Create and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
• Handle comments, DMs, and community engagement
• Run paid ad campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms
• Follow trends to boost reach and engagement

2. SEO & Website Optimization

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Improve website rankings, traffic, and visibility
• Coordinate with content/design team for SEO improvements

3. E-Commerce Platform Management (Non-Amazon)

• Manage product listings on other e-commerce platforms or company website
• Update product descriptions, images, titles, and pricing
• Track sales performance, customer response, and platform analytics
• Manage promotions, offers, and campaigns

4. Influencer & Collaboration Marketing

• Identify, shortlist, and connect with influencers
• Negotiate deliverables and manage the full campaign
• Track output, performance, and ROI
• Maintain relationships and creator database

5. Additional Marketing Responsibilities

• Support campaigns for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and online promotions
• Execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
• Assist with monthly planning and content strategies
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing performance reports

Required Skills

• 0.6 - 1 years of experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, and e-commerce
• Basic design skills (Canva preferred)
• Strong communication, creativity, and execution skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
