• Manage and regularly update the company website, ensuring all content is SEO-optimised.
• Create and edit engaging digital content for blogs, social media platforms, and online campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Track and analyse performance of digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics.
• Engage with online communities, respond to queries, and support social media growth.
• Assist in managing online ads, including keyword research and campaign optimisation.
• Provide basic IT support and troubleshooting for internal systems when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Keen interest in both IT systems and digital marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and IT support practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
