Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn
• Support in managing social media accounts – creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers
• Help with basic performance tracking and reporting using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Excel
• Conduct keyword research and support on-page SEO tasks
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
• Assist in creating marketing emails, newsletters, and WhatsApp campaigns
• Stay updated with digital trends and suggest ideas for campaign innovation

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing)
• Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Google tools (Docs, Sheets, Analytics)
• Good written communication and a creative mindset
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive approach

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
• Certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus
