We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our on-site team at Connaught Place, Delhi and help scale our brand presence through innovative and impactful digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Manage SEO/SEM, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlinking strategies.
• Create, schedule, and optimize engaging social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Explore new trends and tools to keep our digital presence competitive.
• Handle email marketing campaigns and CRM integrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and Analytics tools.
• Experience in social media management and campaign optimization.
• Understanding of performance metrics, ROI, and lead generation strategies.
• Basic knowledge of content creation & ability to brief designers for creatives.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Must be available for on-site work at our Connaught Place office.

Nice to Have

• Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Familiarity with hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand marketing.
