Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:
We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to lead campaigns across Software Consulting and US IT Staffing divisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and content marketing—tailored to the IT and recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute digital campaigns via SEO, SEM, SMM, email, and LinkedIn.
Run Google, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
Create and manage marketing content, blogs, newsletters, and job posts.
Enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and support hiring campaigns.
Track KPIs, analyze reports, and optimize performance.
Requirements:
3–5 years in digital marketing (preferably in IT/staffing).
Proficiency in SEO tools, content creation, and ad platforms.
Experience with WordPress, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, etc.
Strong communication and strategic mindset.
Good to Have:
Experience working with US-based clients or staffing firms.
Understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and tech stack.
Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, ChatGPT, Buffer/Hootsuite.
