Position DetailsJob Title: Digital Marketing Expert Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract (Open to discussion) Work Location: Hybrid / On-site (Meerut, UP) / Remote (Preferred candidates from India) Industry: Healthcare / Ayurveda / Wellness Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation (Primary Focus) Generate quality patient leads for infertility, women’s health, PCOD, and Ayurvedic treatments. Optimize cost per lead (CPL) and improve conversion rates. Paid Advertising Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Target local and regional audiences effectively. Social Media Management Manage Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube growth. Create and execute content strategy aligned with healthcare compliance. Improve engagement, reach, and follower growth. Content Strategy & Branding Guide content for reels, posts, banners, testimonials, and educational videos. Work with clinic team to position doctors as trusted Ayurvedic experts. WhatsApp & Funnel Marketing Setup and manage WhatsApp lead follow-up funnels. Improve inquiry-to-appointment conversion. SEO & Local SEO (Basic to Advanced) Optimize Google Business Profile. Improve local search visibility for clinic-related keywords. Analytics & Reporting Weekly and monthly performance reports. ROI-focused analysis of ad spend and lead quality. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2–5 years experience in Digital Marketing. Proven experience in healthcare, clinic, hospital, Ayurveda, or wellness marketing (mandatory). Strong expertise in Meta Ads & Google Ads. Experience in local lead generation. Understanding of medical advertisement compliance. Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. Preferred Candidate ProfilePrior experience with infertility clinics, IVF centers, Ayurveda clinics, or doctors. Knowledge of Hindi-language audience targeting. Experience in marketing guarantee-based or package-based medical services. Result-oriented and data-driven mindset. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly qualified leads generated. Cost per lead (CPL). Appointment booking rate. Conversion rate from inquiry to patient. ROI on ad spend. Budget & CompensationOpen; depends on experience and performance.
