Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Experience: 1–3 Years Industry: Fashion / Clothing Brand & Digital Marketing Agency Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and fashion-forward Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media handles for both our in-house clothing brand and multiple agency clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, trends, and storytelling that connects with modern audiences. Key Responsibilities: For the Clothing Brand: Plan and execute social media strategy for fashion collections, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Create engaging content such as reels, carousels, lookbooks, styling videos, and behind-the-scenes shoots. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and models to produce high-quality visual content. Coordinate influencer collaborations and brand partnerships. For the Digital Marketing Agency: Manage multiple client accounts across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop content calendars and execute campaigns for various industries. Monitor client KPIs including reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. Run and optimize paid ads on Meta and other platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Communication, Mass Communication, or related field. Proven experience in social media marketing (preferably fashion/lifestyle brands). Strong understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual aesthetics. Hands-on experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite (optional), Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools. Good copywriting and hashtag research skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with fashion shoots and on-set coordination. Basic photography and video editing skills. Knowledge of influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies.
