Job Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive Digital Marketing & Web Design Specialist to manage our digital presence across all platforms. This hybrid role combines expertise in website development, ongoing site management, and end-to-end digital marketing to help grow our brand, drive engagement, and support business goals.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in creating and maintaining websites, designing digital assets, and executing online marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and tech teams to ensure our brand message is cohesive, visually engaging, and performance-driven across all online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Creation & Management

Design, build, and maintain websites using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify

Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and performance

Manage web content updates, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features as needed

Digital Marketing

Plan and execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, etc.)

Optimize content for SEO and manage on-page/off-page SEO strategies

Track performance through Google Analytics, Search Console, and other analytics tools

Grow and engage audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Design & Content Creation

Design eye-catching graphics for web, social media, emails, and ads using tools like Canva, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator

Collaborate with content writers or create basic copy for blogs, newsletters, and landing pages

Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and digital touchpoints

Skills & Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, web design, or a related role

Strong knowledge of web platforms (WordPress, Figma, Shopify, etc)

Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.)

Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms

Basic HTML/CSS is a plus

Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
