Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

• Design engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, TikTok, LINE, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, etc.
• Research and compile

  relevant hashtags

  (in English, Chinese, Spanish, etc.) to boost reach.
• Support

  event promotion

  (e.g., live sessions, webinars, Facebook events) with creative captions, discussions, and polls.
• Repurpose existing content (course details, blog posts, presentation slides) into social-friendly pieces.

Marketing & Engagement

• Assist in creating marketing materials (emails, catalogs, brochures).
• Brainstorm campaigns that highlight student success stories (e.g., IELTS/TOEIC 100% success rate).
• Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements.

Operations & Admin Support

• Help with student communication (messages, booking links, trial class coordination).
• Support in managing inquiry follow-ups (Amazing Talker, direct bookings, etc.).
• Maintain organized records of student leads and class reports.

Creative Input

• Suggest fresh ideas for branding, community building, and course promotion.
• Explore innovative trends (like short video strategies or new platforms).

Who We’re Looking For

• A creative and proactive individual with a strong interest in

  education, marketing, and communications

  .
• Familiar with social media trends and comfortable with content creation.

• Good command of English (Must)

  (Chinese/Spanish a plus but not required).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Eager to learn and open to feedback.
• University Graduate preferred
