Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive (Hybrid)

 ATX Technologies is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving both marketing campaigns and business growth initiatives, ensuring a strong market presence and consistent client acquisition.

You will plan and execute digital marketing strategies, manage campaigns across multiple platforms, and generate qualified leads. Alongside this, you will handle business development activities such as client outreach, proposal preparation, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to balance both marketing and sales responsibilities effectively.

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and paid campaigns).
• Manage and optimize online campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
• Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for performance.
• Generate leads through online/offline channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, direct marketing, events).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate to close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and marketing KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or business development.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work onsite and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
