Job Description

As a Social Media Marketing Manager in our company, your role will involve managing social media marketing campaigns and handling day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated digital strategies to achieve business goals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating, curating, and managing engaging content across written, visual, and audio formats and platforms - Monitoring, listening, and responding to users in a social manner while cultivating leads and driving sales - Conducting search marketing efforts including keyword research, SEO (on-page and off-page), and paid advertising across Google Ads and social media - Writing compelling ad copy, designing engaging creatives, and optimizing campaigns for better performance - Analyzing and tracking key metrics such as customer lifetime value, acquisition cost, and retention cost to improve ROI - Designing and managing visual content for social media, ads, landing pages, blogs, and email campaigns while ensuring emotional appeal and social connection - Developing and expanding community and influencer outreach programs to enhance brand visibility - Creating and managing a daily content calendar including posts like reels, stories, images, videos, ads, and written content - Creating and managing an online review funnel while monitoring and responding to reviews to build brand reputation - Identifying opportunities for cross-promotion and digital advocacy to strengthen brand presence - Staying updated with trends in tools, algorithms, platforms, and design to keep digital strategies effective and innovative - Analyzing campaign performance using cost-per-click and other data insights and translating findings into actionable strategy improvements - Evaluating campaigns and translating qualitative data into recommendations for refining social media, content marketing, SEO, and advertising efforts - Preparing reports highlighting campaign performance, effectiveness, and recommendations for future optimization - Monitoring and addressing user-generated content that may pose risks or opportunities for the brand - Collaborating and communicating with sales, creative, and client service teams to ensure alignment on content, messaging, and campaign objectives About Company: We love creating synergies in children's overall grooming.
