Digital Marketing Associate in Delhi

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Execution
• Implement and post daily/weekly content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, event posts).
• Coordinate with designers/agencies for creatives, videos, brochures, and ad assets.
• Write simple, engaging captions and ensure brand tone consistency.
• Paid Media Support
• Assist in launching and monitoring Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ads.
• Collect and share performance data for optimization.
• Coordinate remarketing creatives and landing page content updates.
• CRM & Lead Nurturing
• Maintain lead hygiene in the CRM (Sales.Do/HubSpot/Zoho or similar).
• Execute WhatsApp, SMS, and email campaigns as per segment and funnel stage.
• Follow pre-set drip marketing flows and report engagement metrics.
• Events & Offline Marketing
• Assist in planning and executing open houses, channel partner meets, and on-site events.
• Channel Partner & Referral Marketing
• Maintain CP database and circulate project kits/offers.
• Track referral leads and prepare incentive reports.
• Direct Mail & Community Outreach
• Coordinate seasonal postcard/newsletter dispatches.
• Help with QR-code-based campaigns linking to virtual tours or project pages.
• Reporting & Coordination
• Maintain campaign trackers and weekly performance reports.
• Liaise with sales teams for feedback on lead quality and marketing material needs.
