Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Digital Marketing Assistant. In this role, you will assist with implementing online marketing strategies, monitor digital marketing campaigns, and manage customer service inquiries. Responsibilities will also include supporting content creation efforts, optimizing campaigns to improve performance, and collaborating with the team to identify opportunities to drive online engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and ensure satisfaction
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
• Experience in Digital Marketing, including using tools to drive online presence and performance
• Ability to analyze data and develop insightful strategies
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Digital Marketing and Communications is a must
• Experience in luxury, lifestyle, and/or ed-tech industries is preferred
