From planning and running campaigns, to automating workflows, to managing communication between teams and external partners—there are a lot of moving pieces, and we need someone who can own them.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Analyst based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst who can handle the full spectrum of marketing operations. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure campaigns go live on time, workflows are smooth, social media is managed consistently, and external service providers are aligned with what the company needs. This isn’t a role for someone who only wants to “manage posts.” It’s for someone who can think critically, stay organized, and drive marketing execution forward—day in, day out.

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations
Hands-on exposure to automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.) and willingness to learn them deeply
Strong understanding of marketing funnels—from lead generation to conversion
Experience in social media management (scheduling, content coordination, reporting)
Clear communication and stakeholder management skills—you can keep agencies and teams on the same page
A proactive, detail-oriented, and structured approach—you know how to prioritize and keep things moving
