Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in running successful paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate will take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting while supporting overall digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing and conversion tracking.
• Analyze data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, ad policies, and emerging digital trends.
• Contribute to overall digital strategy, including SEO, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp marketing efforts.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience managing Google Ads.
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Facebook Ads Manager.
• Familiarity with broader digital marketing techniques including SEO, LinkedIn Marketing, YouTube Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and basic knowledge of email marketing & marketing funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and performance goals.
• Good communication skills and a data-driven, problem-solving mindset.
