Digital Marketer Manager

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications The ideal candidate will be responsible for, and possess the skills to: Design, implement, and manage Sales & Marketing Automation (SMA) campaigns. This includes understanding campaign objectives, setting up workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across various customer journeys. Execute daily email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This involves proficiency in SFMC's various modules, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio. Analyze and report on email campaign performance. This includes tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and identifying areas for optimization. Collaborate with the content team for email creation. Work closely to ensure email content is aligned with campaign goals, brand guidelines, and audience segments. Ensure high email deliverability and adherence to best practices. Stay informed about anti-spam regulations, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation management. Segment and manage email lists for targeted outreach. Utilize SFMC's data management capabilities to create precise audience segments for personalized campaigns. Utilize SFMC for automation and personalization. Leverage Journey Builder and other automation tools to create dynamic and personalized customer experiences. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, marketing automation, and SFMC functionalities. Provide insights and recommendations for campaign improvements based on performance data and industry knowledge. Support additional digital marketing initiatives as required , demonstrating a versatile approach to digital marketing strategies.
