Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy:

  Develop and execute

  Google Ads strategies

  aligned with business objectives and target audience.

• Keyword Research:

  Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-performing and cost-effective keywords.

• Ad Creation:

  Write compelling ad copies and design impactful campaigns across

  Search, Demand Gen ,Display, Video, and Shopping Ads

  .

• Campaign Management:

  Set up, manage, and optimize

  Google Ads campaigns

  to maximize reach and ROI.

• Budget Management:

  Effectively allocate budgets to achieve campaign goals within the set financial parameters.

• A/B Testing:

  Continuously test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting settings to identify areas of improvement.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring KPIs and conversion goals are achieved.

• Conversion Tracking:

  Implement accurate conversion tracking mechanisms for data-driven results.

• Competitor Analysis:

  Stay informed about competitors' strategies and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Reporting:

  Generate clear and actionable performance reports for internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience

  in managing Google Ads campaigns (Minimum

  5 years in Real Estate

  projects).
• Proven expertise in managing campaigns across

  Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads

  .
• Strong

  analytical skills

  to interpret data and optimize campaigns effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of

  SEO, SEM, and digital marketing tools

  .
• Proficiency in

  Google Analytics

  and other tracking tools.
• Google Ads Certification preferred.
• Excellent

  communication and leadership skills

  .
• Ability to stay updated with the

  latest Google Ads trends and algorithm updates

  .
