1. *Website Development and Maintenance*: employee should have the skills to create and maintain the company website, ensuring it's user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
2. *Social Media Management*: They can handle the company's social media profiles, creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and running advertising campaigns.
3. *Content Creation*: They may be responsible for creating blog posts, articles, videos, or other content that is relevant to your industry and appeals to your target audience.4. *Search Engine Optimization (SEO)*: Optimizing the website and content for search engines to improve visibility and rankings in search results.
5. *Online Advertising*: Running and monitoring online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads or social media ads.
6. *Analytics and Reporting*: Using tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, social media performance, and online marketing efforts.
7. *Customer Engagement*: Engaging with customers online, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer service through digital channels.
