Digital Marketer and Content Writer

Role & responsibilities

• Write & edit website pages, blogs (EEAT-aligned), landing pages, ad copy, social posts, emailers & case studies
• Build content calendars; conduct topic & keyword research; maintain brand voice & style guide
• Coordinate with design for creatives;Preferred candidate profilePlan social media (LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook / Twitter) with hooks and CTAs
• Assist with basic paid campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) and remarketing audiences
• Email/marketing automation (lists, segmentation, A/B tests, deliverability)Analytics & ReportingOwn weekly dashboards: traffic, rankings, CTR, conversions, CPL, ROAS
• Derive insights; propose experiments (copy, creatives, landing pages)
• Good-to-HaveBasic Google Ads/Meta Ads, UTM tracking
• Email tools (Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot)
• Basic Canva/Figma for quick edits; collaboration with designers
• Understanding of EEAT, helpful-content guidelines, and YMYL caution

Education

• Bachelors in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / English / Business or equivalent experience
• Certifications (Google Analytics/Ads, HubSpot Content/Email) are a plus
• KPIs / What Success Looks Like (first 90180 days)+X% growth in organic sessions & non-brand keywords ranked Top 10
• Consistent content velocity: [e g , 46 blogs + 2 landing pages/month]
• Social engagement rate +X%; email open rate +X%; CTR +X%
• MQLs/leads from organic & paid hit agreed monthly targets
