Job role: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Lead Generation Executive with a completed Diploma in Digital Marketing. The candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads from platforms such as Justdial, Google, Instamart, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others. The role involves identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and forwarding relevant prospects to the Digital Marketing team for further engagement. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in lead generation, strong research skills, and expertise in using multiple online channels to achieve targets. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Job details:

• Position: Digital Lead Generation Executive (Males only)
• Education: Graduation or Diploma
• Freshers candidates with diploma in Digital Marketing (Expertise in Social media handling and lead generation)
• Job location: Ludhiana, Punjab
• Salary: 14-15K (In-hand)
• Only male candidates preferred
• Full-time, Work from Office, Day Shifts

Mandatory skills:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online lead generation methods.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
• Quick learning capability with eagerness to adapt to new tools and trends.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive approach in a dynamic work environment.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Identify and generate qualified leads from platforms like Justdial, Google, Instamart, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
• Research and analyze target markets to discover potential business opportunities.
• Use advanced search techniques and tools to extract relevant customer data.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria before passing them to the Digital Marketing team.
• Maintain an organized database of generated leads for tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaign goals.
• Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and platforms for effective lead generation.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets consistently.
• Track lead performance and provide feedback for improving lead quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations while handling leads.
