As a Digital Journey Owner in the Digital Transformation department, your role is crucial in driving and managing the bank's digital transformation journey to align with long-term objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, promote new digital capabilities, and enhance user experience for clients. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Manage, monitor, and implement the digital strategy according to the bank's values and objectives. - Track and report progress on spend and value targets for digital transformation. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and promote digital capabilities. - Manage relationships with third-party digital delivery partners, ensuring performance against SLA's and KPI's. - Work with IT Digital transformation team to monitor performance, suggest improvements, and enhance efficiency. - Develop training materials for internal users, conduct training sessions, and keep materials up-to-date. - Create and manage project plans with resource and cost estimates. - Participate in internal testing and UAT phases, manage defect backlog, and clarify requirements. - Explore internal and external ecosystems for digital use cases. - Prepare dashboards on key metrics for Senior Management. - Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines. - Communicate with IT leads to identify collaboration opportunities. - Establish best practices for consistent delivery of digital projects. - Stay updated on global market trends and competitor strategies. - Foster a culture of agility, elite performance, and innovation. **Education Qualification:** - Graduation in engineering, technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM or equivalent. **Experience:** - 3-5 years of relevant experience.,
