Role Overview

The Digital Head will lead the overall digital strategy, transformation, and execution for the India business. This role is responsible for driving digital growth, enhancing customer experience, building digital capabilities, and leveraging technology to enable business expansion and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the digital roadmap for India aligned with global strategy and local market needs.
Drive digital transformation initiatives across marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience.
Oversee development and optimization of digital platforms.
Lead data-driven strategies including analytics, automation, and AI-led solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital adoption.
Manage digital partnerships, vendors, and technology providers.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, data security, and privacy standards.
Build and mentor a high-performing digital team.
Track, analyze, and report digital KPIs to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Deep understanding of digital channels, platforms, and technologies.
Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, automation, analytics, and transformation programs.
Strategic thinker with excellence.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
12-18 years of experience with at least 5 to 8 years in senior digital leadership roles.
Proven track record of driving digital transformation and delivering measurable business impact.
Experience in Automotive/Transport & Mobility is a must have.
