Description
The Digital Designer will be responsible for designing engaging digital experiences and assets across web, email, social, and other digital platforms that align with our brand and support our marketing and communication objectives. You will be tasked with designing and developing brand identity using expert knowledge of design elements such as color, typography, and composition. Your artistic sensibility will allow you to effectively utilize these elements to create visually appealing digital designs. It will be your responsibility to translate key business concepts into creative strategies and directions that resonate with our target audience. Your duties and responsibilities will include designing and producing high-quality digital assets such as banners, social media graphics, web page layouts, emails, infographics, landing pages, and presentations. Collaboration with the marketing, content, and development teams will be essential to ensure a cohesive brand expression across all digital touchpoints. You will also support UX/UI design initiatives for the corporate website, product microsites, and campaign-specific landing pages. It will be crucial to ensure that all creative outputs meet accessibility, usability, and responsive design standards. Additionally, you will need to apply brand guidelines consistently while bringing fresh, creative ideas to enhance digital engagement and optimize graphics and layouts for fast load times and user performance. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with at least 3-6 years of experience in digital design, preferably within a tech or SaaS company. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital work, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (with a focus on PowerPoint and Word), working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Wordpress, and responsive web design principles will be required. Familiarity with US healthcare or regulated industry design standards is an advantage. Proven project management skills with experience in task management using a cloud-based project management system (e.g., Asana), excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential. Strong collaboration and communication skills will also be key to success in this role.
