At Stylz, we're building a B2C brand that speaks directly to Gen Z. We need someone who gets the culture, knows the platforms inside-out, and can create content that doesn't just look good but actually performs.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop and produce original, platform-specific content for Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and other popular social channels.
• Ideate, shoot, edit, and post content using mobile apps and editing tools as needed
• Create short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) that drives engagement and aligns with trends
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and CTAs that stop the scroll and spark action
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand voice, campaigns, and business goals

Platform & Audience Expertise

• Stay ahead of social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and Gen Z cultural moments
• Tailor content formats and messaging for each platform's unique audience and best practices
• Understand what content works where; from carousel posts to memes, trending audio to story sequences

Performance & Optimization

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies based on what's working
• Experiment with formats, hooks, and posting strategies to optimize engagement and reach
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules across platforms

On-Camera Presence

• Step in front of the camera when needed - hosting content, doing walkthroughs, or participating in surveys
• Bring energy, authenticity, and confidence to on-camera work that resonates with Gen Z audiences

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 1-3 years of experience

   managing social media accounts and creating content for Gen Z audiences
• Deep understanding of 

  social media platforms

   (Majorly Instagram, YouTube) and what content performs best on each
• Exceptional 

  copywriting skills

  ; you know how to write hooks, captions, and CTAs that convert
• Strong 

  visual and aesthetic sense

  ; you can create content that looks cohesive and on-brand
• Hands-on experience with 

  mobile editing apps

   (CapCut, InShot, Edits, etc.) and content creation tools

• Comfortable on camera

  ; you're not shy and can bring authentic energy when needed

• Tech-savvy

  ; you can ideate, shoot, edit, and post content independently
• Understanding of 

  hashtags, trending audio, content formats

  , and how to optimize for discoverability

• Portfolio required

  . Show us social media pages you've managed or content you've created that you're proud of

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with B2C brands or direct-to-consumer marketing
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Understanding of influencer culture and community engagement strategies

Academic Qualifications

We're not hung up on degrees. If your portfolio speaks louder than your qualifications, we want to see it. That said, a background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields is a plus.
