What You’ll Do

• Create short-form content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
• Edit and adapt content across platforms, staying true to brand guidelines
• Use AI tools to produce realistic, creative video content
• Design eye-catching visuals, motion graphics, and basic animations
• Help plan and execute content ideas and social campaigns
• Track performance and use insights to improve future content

About you

• Strong editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Confident using design tools like Illustrator, and Figma
• Skilled at creating content that fits each platform naturally
• Skilled at retouching pictures using tools like Facetune 2, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
• Experience with AI tools like Runway, D-ID, Google, ElevenLabs, or Veo 3
• Solid grasp of brand voice and visual consistency
• Knowledge of how to optimise images for the web (formats, file sizes)
• An understanding of typography, image manipulation and various illustration techniques
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts and engage in constructive feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Passion for, and attention to, detail. Sometimes every pixel matters.
