Job Title: Digital Consultant Lead Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai Dahisar, Mumbai Turbhe, Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in sales. Education: Graduate or Postgraduate (minimum 60% marks in Graduation or 12th) About the Role : We’re looking for a Digital Consultant Lead—a role where you’ll smash your own sales targets while also guiding a group of sales reps to achieve theirs. If you’re passionate about consultative selling and about building the next generation of sales champions, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities This is a 100% field sales job meet with retail business owners to sell our services. Start each day in the office prepare before going out to meet customers. Drive your own field sales targets through consultative selling, product demos, and relationship building. Mentor sales representatives by coaching them on prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. Go on joint calls with mentees to provide live feedback and real-world guidance. Track performance, share strategies, and help reps sharpen their sales funnel management. Who Can Apply You must have at least 2 years of work experience. Experience in companies like Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Quikr, Byjus, or Magicbricks is a big plus. You must have interested field sales and cold calling experience.
