This role will focus on sharing timely report to campaign Managers on Weekly / Daily / Fornightly & Monthly basis. This is a critical role requiring a blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and cross-functional alignment to optimize digital banking performance.
Managing campaigns on entire Interact channel
Process improvement & Quality check
Automation of reports
Collabrating with Campaign Managers to understand campaign effectiveness
Proficiency with forecasting tools (Eg. SAS POWER BI PYTHON EXCEL)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing a small team and collaborating across departments
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
Operational Excellence: Focus on optimizing resources and maintaining high service levels
