Digital Analytics Specialist (6+ years)

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Specialist who understands digital marketing and website business needs, translating them into analytical solutions. The role involves building dashboards, analytical models, and data pipelines to enhance business growth and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with digital marketing stakeholders to define analytical requirements and KPIs.
• Analyze media and digital performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI and Qlik Sense.
• Create analytical models such as forecasting, attribution, and segmentation.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using Python and SQL for reliable data flow.
• Identify and implement process improvements in data workflows.
• Communicate insights effectively across technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years in digital analytics or related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools (e.g., BigQuery).
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including paid search, social, display, SEO, and key metrics.
• Experience designing dashboards and reports with BI tools.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree and certifications preferred.
