Digital Adoption Specialist

As a Digital Adoption Specialist in the IT field, you will be responsible for working with global customers to identify their training needs, understand customer applications and processes, derive actionable insights, and use cases to enhance digital adoption. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring process efficiency to our customers. You will consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the client Product Ecosystem, creating content tailored to suit customers" use cases. Additionally, you will help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Technical/Engineering bachelor's degree with a background in Solutions/Technical Customer Success/Professional Services. You should have 2-6 years of relevant experience and possess good presentation, verbal, and written communication skills. Hands-on experience in Javascript, CSS, HTML, and Rest APIs, along with a solid understanding of systems, architecture, and security aspects, is required for this role. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to prioritize and work on multiple customer projects concurrently. An added advantage would be the ability to understand Enterprise Applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, and Oracle. Candidates with a background in Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA are preferred for this role. Proficiency in spoken English is crucial as you will frequently communicate with North American clients. Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies is also a preferred skill. Knowledge of applications like ERP, CRM, CLM, etc., including Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, and Icertis, would be advantageous. In terms of education, a candidate from a Computer Science, IT Engineering, MCA, or BCA background is mandatory. Additionally, candidates with Engineering and Computer/IT backgrounds are preferred.
