Digital Ad Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager/Manager for Digital Ad Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital ad sales, strong industry relationships, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key advertising agencies, brands, and media buyers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising solutions that meet client objectives.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and potential threats.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for Hybrid.ai at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, with a focus on programmatic advertising, ad tech, or related fields.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong network of contacts within the advertising industry, particularly with agencies and brands.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
