1) Manage and provide support for any technical issues that customers may encounter during the account opening process for Axis Direct.
2) Responsible for achieving targets assigned by the organization.
3) Resolve client queries related to account opening through calls.
4) Create awareness of the Axis Direct platform through phone calls.
5) Train and educate customers on completing the on boarding process.
6) Understand customer requirements by contacting them.
7) Ensure transparent engagement with customers during on boarding.
8) Explain the latest offers and schemes to DIY (Do it yourself) customers through communication.
9) Answer questions and resolve issues to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
