As a Digital Account Manager at SGVU, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive digital strategies to enhance the university's brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and boost student admissions. - Serving as the primary liaison for university departments, ensuring their digital marketing needs are met and providing strategic guidance to achieve their enrollment goals. - Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Recommending data-driven optimizations to maximize return on investment (ROI). - Overseeing multiple digital projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery by coordinating with content writers, designers, and other internal teams. - Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, and applying sales skills to drive enrollment and student engagement throughout the admissions funnel. Qualifications required for this role: - Proven experience as a Digital Account Manager or in a similar client-facing digital marketing role. - Strong experience in developing and executing digital strategies across platforms such as social media, search engines, and email. - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams. - Proficiency in web analytics tools and campaign management software. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Prior experience in the education industry is a significant advantage.,
