Role Overview The Digital Account Manager will be responsible for resolving client escalations, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding results that fuel client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure clear communication.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital marketing campaigns with internal teams.

• Develop and implement strategies to meet client goals and business objectives.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.

• Coordinate internal resources to meet timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• 1 - 2 years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment.

• Strong understanding of social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and project management tools.
