Job Description

As the Digital Account Director, your role involves complete ownership of the P&L, relationships, delivery, quality, planning, resourcing, and operations of a specific business unit. Your critical responsibility is to build solutioning, servicing, and delivery for clients while fostering a culture of responsibility and performance within the team. Responsibilities: - **Problem-solving mindset**: - Demonstrate critical and quick thinking abilities. - Communicate effectively and promptly. - Find solutions aligning with both client's and agency's goals. - Address challenges and issues efficiently, promoting smooth delivery. - **Relationship management**: - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Understand client's business deeply, their objectives, and challenges. - Act as the main escalation point between the agency and the client. - Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and opportunities. - Provide strategic insights, competitive data, and innovative solutions to clients. - Retain existing clients by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating the value of the agency's work. - **Delivery and Operation excellence**: - Ensure quality output and recommend appropriate solutions to customers. - Maintain 100% resource utilization for driving efficiency. - Adhere to quality standards rigorously. - Minimize rework and wasted effort. - Plan workloads and schedules efficiently. - Commit to delivery timelines. - **Business Performance**: - Track team performance and analyze BU's performance. - Understand core issues and propose programs to alleviate roadblocks. - Drive value through quality work and meeting revenue/margin goals. - Highlight roadblocks/issues to executives regularly. - Contribute to new business development by identifying upsell opportunities and participating in pitches. - **Team management**: - Lead and manage the entire team within the business unit. - Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for effective team performance. - Encourage cross-functional collaboration. - Recognize and reward team efforts, ensuring a positive work environment.
