Role Overview: You will be working as a Sales and Slimming Manager in a full-time on-site role. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations and sales of the slimming department. This includes conducting client consultations, designing personalized slimming programs, performing slimming treatments, managing the slimming team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will require you to manage slimming and weight loss operations using strong communication, persuasion, and counseling skills. Female candidates only are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Manage slimming and weight loss operations and sales effectively - Take care of slimming & weight loss activities within the branch - Design and implement diet plans for clients - Utilize strong communication, leadership, and management skills - Coordinate with the slimming team to ensure smooth operations - Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver excellent customer service - Preferred experience in the skin and laser clinic, wellness, slimming center, dermatology clinic, or hair/skin/beauty clinic industry Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of related experience in slimming and weight management - Knowledge of slimming techniques and treatments - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Customer-service oriented mindset - Certification in slimming or related field is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field - Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.
