Sales Counsellor / Manager- Skin Clinic

You will be responsible for counselling existing clients and converting potential leads into prospects. Your role will involve creating convincing sales pitches, driving overall clinical revenue growth through rapport building and selling skills. Additionally, you will be required to make regular data calls as a care manager, addressing concerns for maximum retention and referral generation. Ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also need to follow up with potential clients and convert leads into appointments, ultimately meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business. To excel in this role, you should have proven sales experience in the Aesthetic or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a high EQ and empathetic attitude. Knowledge of skin, hair, and laser treatments and products is required, as well as the ability to convert prospects into loyal clients. A self-motivated and target-driven mindset will be beneficial. Experience in hands-on cosmetology procedures or related to a Skin Care Clinic is desirable. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated location.,
