Job Description

As a Dialer Manager at our company, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dialer system. Your role will involve Real Time Monitoring, Data Uploading in Dialler, Data reporting and management in Dialler, Campaign Creation, Understanding of PRI/SIP/Toll Free routing, Asterisk troubleshooting, Skill based routing, Database backup, IVR Creation, Responsible for connect and Business, Data churning strategy and implementation, Connectivity and Business improvement analysis, DND Scrubbing, Downtime tracking and reporting, PRI level monitoring, and Timely revert to escalations. To excel in this role, you should possess good communication skills, working knowledge in excel & MySql/MSSql, the ability to identify deviations in data behavior and correct them with proper corrective and preventive measures. The minimum qualification required is Graduation along with at least 2+ years of Dialler Experience (Genesys/Teckinfo/C-Zentrix/Convox etc).
