Role & responsibilities Promote and sell diagnostic equipment, reagents, and services to hospitals and healthcare institutions. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including laboratory heads, purchase departments, and doctors. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for hospital staff. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to deliver customer-centric solutions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional policies in all sales activities. Preferred candidate profile Existing network of hospital or diagnostic lab contacts. CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce). Strong understanding of clinical diagnostics, laboratory processes, and hospital procurement cycles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
