Roles And Responsibilities

• Design Execution :
• Create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that align with project goals and user needs.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions.
• Collaboration & Communication :
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
• Present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Design Systems & Consistency :
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Create reusable UI components and patterns for scalability.
• Prototyping & Testing :
• Use tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Framer to create interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Responsive & Accessible Design :
• Ensure designs are responsive across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• Apply accessibility best practices including contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, and screen reader compatibility.
