Ramraj Cotton, a leading textile manufacturer, is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee Human Resources operations at our large-scale facility in Tamil Nadu.

This role involves leading HR for a workforce of 2,500+ employees in a fast-paced, values-driven manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations in a factory setup
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (ESI, PF, Factories Act, etc.)
• Workforce planning, training, and performance management
• Industrial relations, grievance handling, and employee welfare
• HRMS, SOP implementation, and payroll coordination
• Oversight of contract labour management

Candidate Profile:

• Strong expertise in labour laws and industrial relations, preferably in Tamil Nadu
• Experience managing large-scale workforces (1,000+ employees) in manufacturing
• Background in textile, garment, or manufacturing sectors preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with employees across all levels
• Proficiency in local language(s) will be an advantage for effective workforce communication
