ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to liaison, coordinate, negotiate and settle all issues relating to the projects.
  • Preparation and Coordination of work schedules as per Project Milestones.
  • Coordination for work progress as per planned and monitor the day-to-day activities.
  • Coordination for procurements of Resources to Projects.
  • Responsible for Daily Reports and Monthly Reports.
  • Preparation of construction programmes & Exco meeting reports.
  • Preparation and vetting of all Project related documents.
  • Monitoring the progress of subcontractors.
  • Reviews and monitors project execution for achieving quantitative, qualitative and time-based targets.
  • Coordinates with the client and provides technical support and guidance to project implementation team at site / Head office.
  • Coordinates with various Departments at Project sites and Head office.
  • Monitors and controls execution of project within the approved cost / budget and time.
  • Analyzes variance reports related to costs and takes appropriate actions.
  • Ensures adoption of appropriate methods to ensure safety of men, machinery materials.
  • Checking of bills submitted by the vendors / contractors and recommends to Finance for release of payment.
  • Reviews, monitors and assesses the performance of vendors / contractors on predetermined parameters with a view to rationalize their base.
  • Prepare and Submission of Weekly reports of every Month.
  • Prepare and Submission of Monthly program of every Month.
  • Coordinating with the Contracts & Legal to provides technical support and guidance for preparation of Claims.
  • Preparation of Variation under Change of Scope proposals in Co-ordination with Project Managers of respective Projects.
  • Follow up of Payments status to sites with the Accounts Department.
  • Coordinating with the Contracts, Legal & Insurance Departments whenever required.
  • Finalization of Work Orders for New Subcontractors in coordination with Project Manager, Planning Manager and Finance Manager.
  • Any other works assigned by Management.
