Role & responsibilities Identify and onboard retailers, farmers, and village-level partners in assigned rural areas. Promote and sell agri-input products (fertilizers, seeds, pesticides, cattle feed, etc.). Conduct regular field visits, product demos, and awareness campaigns. Strong network in the agri distribution channel and familiarity with rural market dynamics. Skills Required : Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage geographically dispersed territories. Knowledge of irrigation technology, agronomy, and water management is a plus.
