Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading sales operations in Odisha, building strong dealer and distributor networks, driving product adoption, and ensuring revenue growth for our agri-input portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive field sales operations across Odisha and achieve regional targets.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail agri clients.
  
• Lead/coordinate a sales team to deliver consistent results.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers.
  
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and recommend actionable insights.
  
• Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback regularly.
  
• Ensure strong customer engagement and after-sales support.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelors in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Science, or related field.
  
• Experience: 5-8 years in agri-input sales (Pesticides, Fertilizers, Seeds, Irrigation etc.).
  
• Languages: Fluent in Odia & Hindi (English preferred).
  
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Attributes: Self-driven, target-oriented, adaptable to rural/semi-urban markets, and willing to travel extensively.
  
• Leadership: Ability to lead a small team or coordinate field staff.
  

Compensation: Salary will be based on experience and performance.
