Job Title: Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Sales

Location: Dera Bassi, Punjab

Salary: Up to ₹75,000 per month

Experience Required:

• Minimum 

  5-7 years of experience

   in Real Estate Sales, with a strong focus on 

  Residential Projects

• Proven track record of handling 

  Property Sales

   and building client relationships
• Must have an established 

  CP (Channel Partner) network

   in the region

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for real estate projects and achieve assigned revenue targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 

  Channel Partners (CPs)

   to maximize sales opportunities
• Strategize and implement sales plans to expand market reach and client base
• Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance and productivity
• Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure smooth client servicing and site visits
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
