Job Description

You will be responsible for driving Sales and Business Development performance within the assigned EPC market and EPC Customers. It is your accountability to ensure responsible growth by achieving maximum profitability and growth aligned with the company's vision and values. You will establish business plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the designated area, aiming to gain market share and contribute to upskilling clients and yourself. Continuous and effective search for sales leads and prospects is essential, along with initiating and coordinating action plans to penetrate new markets. Additionally, you will assist in deploying and implementing marketing plans as required. Regular one-on-one reviews with the team leader will be crucial for building more effective communications, understanding training and development needs, and providing insights for improving Account and activity performance. Providing and receiving timely feedback from team members is also a key aspect of the role. Maintaining accurate records of pricings, sales, and activity reports on a monthly basis is necessary. Leading from the front on large projects/prospects and creating/conducting necessary proposals and presentations are part of your responsibilities. Controlling expenses to meet budget guidelines and adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes are essential. Furthermore, you will foster Digitization, Gender equality, Diversity of culture, and actively participate in the action plan for the one voice survey (ENPS) and Customer net promoter score (CNPS). The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in sales management, experience with enterprise software solutions and large/matrix organizations, a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements, willingness to travel, and work with a diverse team of professionals. A preferable qualification would be B.E. Elect. with an additional MBA qualification. The successful candidate should be passionate, self-driven, and a team player with demonstrated adaptability, assertiveness, collaboration, and result orientation.
