Job Description

Preferred International candidate from UK or Australia. Can be Indian.
Having sound knowledge in Retort Processing technology.
Oversee development, implementation, and maintenance of QMS in line with ISO/industry standards.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and internal quality requirements.
Lead internal and external audits; close NCRs/CAPAs effectively.
Ensure robust incoming, in-process, and final inspection systems.
Monitor process capability, defect trends, and control plans.
Approve quality documents-SOPs, WI, PQP, FMEA, control plans.
Oversee supplier audits, qualification, and performance monitoring.
Lead supplier improvement programs and defect reduction initiatives.
Manage customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Interface with customers for audits, quality reviews, and escalations.
