DGM - International Business Development

Role Overview: You will be joining Venus Remedies Limited as a DGM / GM - International Business Development based in Dappar (near Chandigarh). In this role, you will be responsible for leading the International Business Development department and driving the company's growth strategy by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities globally. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into international market dynamics and identify potential business opportunities. - Develop detailed business cases, including projections and pricing strategies, to support decision-making and strategy formulation. - Identify and target potential international clients by utilizing advanced market analysis techniques. - Build and nurture strategic relationships with prospective customers to foster business growth. - Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with new clients, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. - Supervise the execution of initial orders and facilitate the transition of new clients to the sales team. - Provide leadership to the business development team, ensuring their activities align with company-wide goals. Qualifications: - Possess 15-20 years of experience in international business development, with a focus on exporting pharmaceutical injectables. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of international market dynamics and B2B business models within the pharmaceutical industry. - Exhibit strong analytical skills and the ability to create effective pricing strategies. - Showcase exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with effective negotiation capabilities. - Display proven leadership skills with prior experience in managing high-performing teams. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics; an MBA qualification is preferred.,
